See Your Price Before You Book

See your price before you book

There’s a particular kind of dread that comes with asking a tradie what something costs.

You fill in a form. You send the email. And then you wait. A day goes by. Two. Eventually a number lands in your inbox, and by then you’ve half forgotten why you asked. You don’t know if it’s fair. You’ve got nothing to compare it to. So you either take it, or you start the whole thing again with someone else.

Nobody enjoys that. We didn’t either. So we changed it.

“We’ll get back to you” is the part everyone hates

Let’s be honest about what that phrase usually means. It means the price isn’t ready yet. It means someone has to look at your details, work out a number, and decide what to charge you — and you’re not in the room for any of it.

Most of the time it’s not a stitch-up. It’s just slow. But slow has a cost too. You’re left guessing whether you can afford it, whether it’s worth chasing other quotes, whether you should’ve just bought a ladder and a pressure washer and risked your own neck.

And every now and then it is a stitch-up. The number that comes back is double what you imagined, and you’ve no way of knowing if that’s the real price or just the price they think you’ll pay.

That’s the bit that erodes trust. Not the cost itself — the mystery around it.

So we put the price on the form

Transparent pricing shown on the booking form

Here’s how Logiclean works. You tell us what you need cleaned — windows, gutters, the driveway, the roof, whatever it is — and roughly what we’re dealing with. As you go, the price builds in front of you. No waiting. No “we’ll get back to you.” You see a real number before you commit to anything.

Not a vague range pulled out of the air. A proper estimate, based on the kind of job you’ve described, shown to you right there on the screen.

You can sit with it. You can change something and watch the number move. You can close the tab and think about it over dinner. Nobody’s chasing you, and nobody’s holding the price hostage until you ring back.

It’s a small thing. It just happens to be the thing people have wanted from a cleaning company for about twenty years.

Why we’d rather show you up front

Because we’d rather you trust us than be surprised by us.

A price you can see is a price you can check. You can hold it up against your budget. You can hold it up against the next quote. You’re in charge of the decision, which is exactly where you should be — it’s your home and your money.

We back the work with the things that actually matter: we’re fully insured, our team is police-checked, we turn up when we say we will, and the job comes with a guarantee. Showing you the price up front is just the same honesty, applied earlier.

What the number can and can’t promise

What the price includes and what it depends on

Here’s the honest catch, because there’s always a catch and pretending otherwise would defeat the whole point.

The price you see is a real estimate, not a sworn-in-blood final figure. It’s built from what you tell us. And properties have a way of holding surprises.

A few things that can shift the final price:

  • Access — a tight side gate, a steep block, or windows you can only reach from one awkward angle
  • How long it’s been — a gutter that hasn’t been touched in five years is a different job to one done last spring
  • Size and detail that’s hard to judge from a form alone — extra storeys, unusual rooflines, that sort of thing
  • Condition — heavy moss, baked-on grime, or stains that need a second pass

So the number on the form is your starting point, and a good one. If something on the day changes it, we tell you before we start — not after, and never on the invoice as a nasty little surprise. You’ll always get the chance to say yes before any extra work happens.

That’s the deal. Real pricing up front, no shocks at the end, and a conversation if the property throws us a curveball.

An honest price is just a respectful one

When you think about it, transparent pricing isn’t a marketing trick. It’s just treating you the way you’d want to be treated.

You wouldn’t walk into a shop where everything had the price tags turned around. You wouldn’t book a flight that said “fare to be confirmed after you board.” You’d want to know what you’re up for, decide for yourself, and get on with your day.

Cleaning the outside of your home should feel the same. Clear, calm, and on your terms.

If you’d like to see how it works for a specific job, our booking form walks you through it surface by surface. And if you’re weighing up whether to tackle it yourself first, it’s worth reading our honest take on when DIY cleaning is worth it and when it isn’t before you commit either way.

Frequently Asked Questions

01
How does Logiclean show me a price before I book?

You enter the details of your job on our booking form — what needs cleaning and roughly what we’re working with — and the estimated price builds on screen as you go. No email back-and-forth, no waiting for a callback. You see a real number before you commit to anything.

02
Is the price I see the final price?

It’s a genuine estimate based on what you tell us, and for most jobs it’s spot on. The final price can shift a little depending on access, condition, and details that are hard to judge from a form. If anything changes it, we’ll let you know before we start the work — not after.

03
Why don’t you just give a flat rate for everything?

Because no two homes are the same, and a flat rate would mean either overcharging the easy jobs or underquoting the tricky ones. Showing you a real estimate for your actual property is fairer than pretending every house is identical.

04
What if the property is more work than expected on the day?

We talk to you first. If we get there and something pushes the job beyond the estimate, you’ll hear about it before we lift a finger, and you decide whether to go ahead. No surprise charges on the invoice, ever.

05
Do I have to book once I see the price?

Not at all. The price is there so you can make up your own mind. Look at it, compare it, sleep on it. Book when you’re ready, or don’t — there’s no pressure and no one chasing you.

See your price before you commit

No guessing. No waiting by the inbox. No nasty surprise at the end.

Pop your details into the Logiclean booking form and watch the price appear as you go — insured, police-checked, on time, and guaranteed. Prefer to talk it through? Give us a ring on (03) 5905 9000. We’ll tell you straight.
